Which docs. are required and how is the process to arrange personal goods customs clearance at the airport terminal?

1、During customs clearance,you shall only provide your passport, Hong Kong, Macao pass,visa,d/o,cargo list,your delivery address,we will bring all your cargo to you wholely and safely.

2、Process of personal goods customs declaration at airport terminal

First,we shall check your identity,then,we will check your cargo list against your identity to avoid any unnecessary potential troubles.

1). Docs. Checking : Client’s passport and Visa will be properly and all necessary docs. will be collected before customs declaration

2). D/o switching : D/O will be switched fm liner against your passport and bill of lading. In china,bill of lading is not cargo delivery order while d/o is.

3). Customs declaration : Customs declaration will be arranged with complete docs.

4). Three Inspections :

5). Inspection : Bonded haulier will inspect the cargo at random when declaration and Three Inspections are over. Inspection will be handled as only either outer packing inspection or open the package inspection.

6). Customs Duty : Some cargo are duty free,but others such as electronic goods,kitchen wares,food stuff,wine and cigarette will be imposed customs duty.

7). Cargo Delivery : When customs duty is duly settled by our company on behalf of you,the only thing we shall do is to arrange cargo delivery to your nominated address. You can wait your cargo at home and some agent fee will be charged.
